Women who take their work seriously and their lives just as seriously. Some run established businesses. Some are leaving high-paying careers to build something of their own. All of them are here because they want real relationships with women who are doing the same kind of work and are just as capable, ambitious, and driven as they are. Every single member is personally vetted before they're accepted.

Membership is flexible, because it's built for founders with full lives. There are frequent community events, dinners, workshops, and calls, but nothing is mandatory to attend (though we highly recommend attending at least 1 of our global conferences!) Like anything, the more you participate, the more you'll get out of your membership.

We host our community meetings on Gatherly, a platform where you can walk around a virtual room and join conversations naturally. It's designed to feel just like an in-person event. It's the closest thing to being in the same room, and our members are always genuinely surprised by how different it feels.

Most communities give you a Slack channel and hope for the best. We're designed with human connection at our core. Every experience is intentionally designed, and every touchpoint is face to face. No asynchronous online communities that just become another platform you need to check, or Zoom "social hours" where only one person can talk at a time. The difference is in the details, and you'll feel it from week one.

Because the quality of the room matters more than anything else. We're looking for service-based business owners and professionals-turned-entrepreneurs who are generous, thoughtful, and serious about building real relationships, and tired of showing up to rooms that don't match where they are. We keep the bar high so that every woman you meet in this community is someone worth knowing.

That's actually a plus! Our membership is designed for women who enjoy the location freedom that comes from being a founder. Membership is designed to flex around your life. Plus, in-person dinners and conferences in major cities and beautiful locations around the world mean travel is baked in (and gives you an excuse to make your plane tickets a tax write-off ).

Don't worry, this isn't a sales call. It's a short, genuine conversation to learn more about you, what you're looking for from this community, and whether we'd be a great fit for each other. Think of it like a coffee chat, not a pitch. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you, and we encourage you to do the same.
